Now we can go back for long hikes in the Appalachian trail

Now You can go to Appalachian Trail for long-trek as it made its comeback. All the trekkers postponed their trek last year due to covid out-break. Since the vaccines are widely available ATC is bringing back the hikers. Another reason for this is because the Center of Disease Control and Prevention said that outdoor activities are less risky for spreading the disease. ATC advised the hikers to pack a tent, wear a mask and follow CDC recommendations. The Appalachian trail runs through eight national forests, 14 states and two national parks .
