NTC (New Technologies Research Center), at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen had its annual Scientific Council Meeting on April 29, 2025 in Pilsen.
Mr. Iyer, as a member of the Scientific Council, was invited to attend. During the Meeting, Director Dr. Kavalir introduced a new member Prof. Dr. Milena Kralickova, Rector of Charles University. Before the meeting, Mr. Iyer had a chance to visit some of the key R&D places and met with Researchers including some from India.
Mr. Iyer recently visited Delhi and Chennai in India to meet with the leadership of SAEINDIA .
Mr. Iyer’s Visit to Hong Kong and China
Mr. Murli Iyer, President and CEO of Global Advisory Group LLC, USA, recently visited Hong Kong and China to deliver a keynote speech at the International Cooperation Forum and FITMI–HK 2025.
His presentation on “Adapting to the Evolving Mobility Industry” highlighted the critical need for skill development in the 21st-century mobility sector, addressing global challenges and opportunities. Mr. Iyer’s insights on innovation, adaptability, and global collaboration were well-received by industry leaders and stakeholders in the region.
Mr. Iyer's recent visit to China and Korea in November 2024 included several significant events. First, he visited the Xiaomi Electric Vehicle plant. He was invited by SAE-China to attend their annual Congress and Exhibition, which took place in Chongqing, China during November 11-13, 2024. Following this, Mr. Iyer participated in the 22nd Asia Pacific Automotive Conference "APAC" 2024 event. The event was attended by Mr. C.V. Raman, President of SAE India and received the official invitation from KSAE to host the next APAC in 2026 in India.
